All packages are available by Gift Voucher and a gift certificate will be emailed out to you on the day of purchase. There is a one year expiry on the vouchers however in some cases we can extend this for a fee. When purchasing gift vouchers online please ensure that you have confirmed that Style Doctors cover your location. Gift vouchers from third parties will need to be collected by the stylist on the day of the makeover.

To ensure you get the most out of your session please complete your Style Questionnaire as soon as possible prior to the style session. This will be sent in advance before the day.

Style Doctors Style Consultancy scheduled sessions will usually take place between the hours of 9.45am and 5pm Monday to Saturday and 12pm – 6pm for shopping sessions on Sundays. Evening sessions can take place until 10pm at selected locations.

All experiences are strictly for one person and spectators can only attend if required for medical reasons and pre-arranged by the company. If a spectator attends without prior notice, they will be asked to pay the upgrade to a ‘couple’ package. The stylist reserves the right not continue will the session if a guest accompanies the client.

Due to the nature of the service, a guest not only totally transforms the dynamic of the session but also any additional guests take up the time of the person the session is designed for. Advice is tailored to the individual during a one-to-one styling session and having any additional guests takes away from this.

We have group styling sessions for larger groups and these are tailored specifically for more than one person. Couple styling sessions can be found on our shop page.

You may re-schedule your experience on the condition that you give Style Doctors a minimum of 7 working days notice prior to the date of the experience (for a fee of £25), otherwise you will be expected to attend your day at the agreed date and time.

If more than 14 days notice is given you can reschedule for free and £25 for each subsequent re-schedule.

Please note that due to our demanding scheduling requirements we are unable to cancel at short notice due to illness or other commitments that you may have.

If for any reason you are unable to make your appointment, you must inform Style Doctors personal stylists as soon as possible before the scheduled time. If less than one weeks notice of cancellation is given, 100% percent of your total fee will be non-refundable and rescheduling is not possible. If between 7-14 working days notice is given your fee will be refunded (however an admin charge of £45 will be deducted). Cancellations over 14 working days are refunded minus 5% of your package fee.

We are happy to refund the cost of your voucher as long as the voucher is returned to us within 14 days of receipt and you have not already exchanged or merged it, or made a booking. If you purchased your voucher from a third party we are not able to refund it and any refund would be at the discretion of that third party and you should return your voucher to them.

The company has Style Doctors across the country however there may be some additional travel costs in remote areas. For areas over 55 minutes from London and Manchester, travel costs start at £25. Please enquire before making a booking to avoid disappointment.

We accept all major credit and debit cards online. An online invoice will arrive via email or SMS after booking-in your date. Due to high demand, dates are not secured until payment is received.

If you encounter a problem on the day, please immediately bring it to the attention of the stylist so that they have a chance to rectify any issues.

If you have attempted resolution but the problem was not resolved on the day, please contact us by email or via our LiveChat service within a week of your Experience (providing your name, your stylists name and booking date).

For packages over three hours each, the client will receive style suggestions curated by their personal stylist. This will be sent electronically approximately one week after the session.

A Style Doctors chat will be started before your styling expereince . You will be able to communicate with your stylist via this method.
