The modern workplace is evolving (now more than ever). As a style consultancy, Style Doctors helps create style guides for companies to help their staff adhere to any changes in dress-code.
Having worked with global companies in banking, motor trade and media, Style Doctors is well versed in creating company style guides based on a companies needs.
Style Doctors has been working with Lexus to transform its UK workforce from the traditional motor environment attire to a more modern and approachable style of dressing. This has been done via a company wide corporate staff style guide.
Business Casual Style For Men
Being a dynamic and forward thinking company and at the forefront of innovation, Lexus has understood the importance of investing in its staff and the importance of how they look and feel at work.
Corporate Style
Style Doctors travelled to Belfast to shoot the Lexus Winter Style Guide at their showroom in the city. The male members of staff were styled in outfits designed to be mixed and matched and to showcase their own individual style personality whilst still adhering to the company wide style guide.
“Using staff as models is a great way to show how clothes look on real people. Who best to illustrate and inspire a new work dress code than staff themselves!” – Elin Mai, Style Doctors CEO
Business Casual Outfits
The motor trade has (over the years) been known for being a shirt and tie environment with many companies still adopting this ‘uniform’ amongst its workforce. These new outfits styled by Style Doctors are more reflective of how companies are wanting their staff to appear in the workplace. Modern, inspiring, comfortable and approachable.
Lexus has been one of the first companies to adopt this new more modern and relaxed style to fall in line with customer demands, a changing society and to reflect its modern showrooms.

Adopting a business casual style has proved to be a success with staff being able to be more creative with the way they dress for work. Creating a style guide to be shared amongst staff helps to achieve a cohesive look across the company.
