We recently ran a competition to win a personal stylist experience with one of our Style Doctors stylists in Dubai.
The lucky winner was Saad Abbas and he experienced a two hour male styling session with Matteo.
The Session
Each personal styling session starts before the client meets the stylist and they are sent a pre style session questionnaire to fill-in. This is an essential part of any Style Doctors personal styling session as it helps both the client and the stylist prepare for the session.
Style Consultation
A male styling appointment starts with a consultation which helps the stylist better understand the client in terms of their colouring, their body type and requirements.
During a consultation, the stylist will find out as much information as possible about the client in addition to their style questionnaire, to ensure the best result.
Our Winner
Saad wanted to understand how to create more balance & harmony in an outfit.
Sometimes, we may think how hard could it be to put on a shirt and a pair of trousers, but if there’s no balance & sync between the colouring, layering, sizing, and accessorizing, then your look will seem incomplete or completely mismatched.
Male Styling
The personal styling session took place at the largest and certainly one of the best shopping malls in the world – The Dubai Mall, where Matteo introduced Saad to different brands such as Zara, Pull & Bear, Reserved, and H&M.
During their session, Matteo successfully managed to advise Saad on how to pair different items of clothing with the right footwear & accessories, and helped create multiple looks that were most suitable to Saad’s age, body shape, lifestyle, budget and colouring.
