Can I purchase a voucher?
Services are available by Gift Voucher and a gift certificate will be emailed out to you on the day of purchase. There is a one year expiry on the vouchers however in some cases we can extend this for a fee. When purchasing gift vouchers online please ensure that you have confirmed that Style Doctors cover your location.
How do I prepare for a style experience?
To ensure you get the most out of your session please complete your Style Questionnaire as soon as possible prior to the style session. This will be sent in advance before the day.
Can I bring a friend?
All experiences are strictly for one person and spectators can only attend if required for medical reasons and pre-arranged by the company. If a spectator attends without notice, the company reserves the right to terminate the experience.
Due to the nature of the service, a guest not only totally transforms the dynamic of the session but also any additional guests take up the time of the person the session is designed for. Advice is tailored to the individual during a one-to-one styling session and having any additional guests takes away from this.
We have group styling sessions for larger groups and these are tailored specifically for more than one person.
What if I encounter a problem?
If you encounter a problem on the day, please immediately bring it to the attention of the stylist so that they have a chance to rectify any issues.
Is there aftercare?
Clients will receive style suggestions curated by their personal stylist. This will be sent electronically approximately one week after the session.
Can I contact my stylist?
A Style Doctors chat will be started before your styling experience . You will be able to communicate with your stylist via this method.
