London Fashion Week Looks – Our Stylists
For one week every September, London turns into a stylish catwalk where designers showcase their latest collections and fashionistas showcase their own style off the catwalks. With designers from around the world (from more than 19 countries) showcasing their collections, fashion’s most fashionable week provides us as stylists a first look at the new trends.
Our stylists are ever-present at London Fashion Week to spot trends that will translate into wearable look for our clients. But what about what they wore themselves at London Fashion Week?
Deni and Elin couldn’t have gone for more contrasting looks for LFW – one opting for head-to-toe nude and the other going all out with colour and metallics.
“Nude colours are both calming and sophisticated. I chose a white sleeveless crop top and paired it with a nude tweed skirt for London Fashion Week. I matched this head-to-toe nude look with a pink bag and heels, to contrast the other pieces in my ensemble” – Deni
Nude shades continue to dominate this season, but as stylist who is adventurous Elin has a more playful approach to getting dressed. This green sheer see-through organza coat is a great way to make take this metallic crop-top and gold trousers from day to night.
“I’m going to admit that I didn’t put that much thought into my London Fashion Week outfit this year. Nevertheless, I put on my gold trousers, new favourite organza coat and made my way to the shows to film for Welsh TV channel S4C” – Elin
With sustainability in fashion the main theme for LFW this time, we like the fact that neither of our stylists went out and bought a single ‘new’ item for Fashion Week and instead made the most of what they had.
We had lots of fun at London Fashion Week and next season is guaranteed to be full of even more exciting developments in terms of fabrics and designs!
