Maria is a Dubai based fashion and personal stylist and a valued member of the Style Doctors UAE team.
Meet Maria
Maria was born in Ottawa – Canada and raised in Lebanon. She undertook her official stylist training at ESMOD and has been styling friends and family her whole life.
My Approach
For me personal styling is a form of therapy. It is my passion and my ‘creative zone’.
A personal stylist can read a person’s character and show them how to portray that character through looks and outfits. They also know what suits a particular body shape and skin tone and can give their clients all the tips and small tricks that accentuate their beauty and charisma.
I believe that every person has their own style but it needs a touch of creativity to make it a unique style. And that’s what personal stylists are here for.
UAE Style
The UAE (especially Dubai) is truly world class for shopping. All the top brands are here and it’s a stylists dream to have this as our styling playground.
You can always find the latest collections of any brand in the malls – which makes shopping here so much fun.
My Style
I have a modern casual style but can also be alluring depending on the occasion.
My fashion must-haves are a casual dress or top and pants with a LOT of accessories (belts, scarves, statement necklaces or statement earrings) and without a doubt…a statement shoe!
